The equipment mainly consists of a main frame, a pendulum, a hanging device, a transmission system, an energy display device, a safety protection device, an electrical control system, a sample recovery device (optional), a fully automatic sample feeding device (optional), and other parts. Each part has the following advantages:
1. Main frame: The main frame and base are designed and cast in an integrated manner, with symmetrical columns in front and back. The swing shaft is supported by a simply supported beam, and the weight of the main frame is about 1600kg. It has the advantages of high stability, good rigidity, simple and reliable structure, high processing accuracy, and no shaking during pendulum impact, making it more suitable for high-energy impact;
2. Hanging device: The hanging device adopts a buffering design, which avoids the impact and possible damage during hanging, effectively reduces the noise during hanging, prolongs the service life of the equipment, and improves safety;
3. Transmission system: The "heart" of the impact testing machine uses the world's best German Lenz motor, replacing the complex transmission system of the old-fashioned pendulum with a standard reducer. The structure is simple, easy to assemble and maintain, with a long service life and low failure rate;
4. Fully automatic sample delivery device: On a detachable sample rack, 40 U-shaped or V-shaped samples can be installed at once. By starting the sample loading program through computer measurement and control software, the sample loading cylinder of the automatic sample feeding device can automatically push the sample at the bottom of the sample rack into the entrance of the low-temperature chamber, and the lateral sample feeding cylinder guide plate can push the sample into the low-temperature chamber. The number of samples to be loaded can be input into the upper computer, and instructions will be issued by the computer to automatically complete the loading process.
5. Sample recycling device: A high-quality rubber belt driven by a rotating motor is used as the sample recycling device. The testing machine is equipped with a fully enclosed protective net. After the sample impact is completed, the broken sample falls onto the recycling belt. The recycling device will automatically operate after the impact is completed, taking the waste sample out of the testing machine to prevent testing personnel from entering the testing machine to recycle the waste sample. This not only improves work efficiency but also enhances the safety of testing personnel.
6. Safety protection device: The entire testing machine is equipped with a fully enclosed protective net, which can effectively prevent the splashing of fractured specimens and prevent testing personnel from entering the interior of the testing machine during testing. The protective net is equipped with a threshold switch. When the protective door is opened, the testing machine will automatically lock, rendering the main operation ineffective, thereby preventing misoperation and ensuring the safety of the testing personnel.
7. Electrical control system: The equipment adopts Mitsubishi series PLC control system to control the entire process of lifting, lowering, and impacting, and uses Tamagawa high-precision rotary encoder to obtain the real-time position of the pendulum. The system has extremely strong anti-interference ability, reliable, stable, and accurate data characteristics. The control system integrates mechanical, electrical, and automatic control technologies, realizing the fully automated process of collecting swing, impact, and fracture samples, greatly reducing the labor intensity of operators, improving work efficiency and operational safety;
